Happy New Year and welcome back! I hope you all had a fun & relaxing break with your families.
It is that time of year to begin the registration process. Your child will be coming home with a registration packet. Once you receive your registration packet, you may turn it back into me anytime prior to 3:00 p.m. on February 2, 2012. Once you hand-deliver (DO NOT MAIL) your packet, along with the $70.00 registration fee per child, to me, I will determine priority based on whether your child is a current student, church member, alumni sibling, etc., and assign a number to your paperwork. The number is not an indication of your “priority,” simply a number to be used during the lottery process. Submitting your packet before February 2nd will not increase your child’s chances of receiving your first choice of placement. Your child will be placed into one of your THREE choices based on when your number is drawn during the lottery. Please let your friends and family know that we often have several spots still available.
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held near the final week in January. Look for meeting time sign-ups from your child’s teacher.
We get very messy at Preschool and sometimes have accidents. We try to keep clothes on hand in case a child needs an extra change. However, we are low of preschooler-sized clothes. If you have any extra clothes that your child doesn’t wear anymore, we are in need of sweat pants, shirts, and socks. It’s always best to make sure your child has an extra change of clothes in his/her backpack.
With the return of winter weather, please remember that Wee Three Kings Preschool follows the Loveland City Schools’ delays/closings. If there is a delay, our morning classes and Lunch Bunch will be cancelled. If there is a closure, then all classes will be cancelled for the day. In the event of a delay or closure, a notice will be posted on the front page of our website: weethreekings.org. The full policy can be found in your parent handbook. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have questions.
